Booking Policy

• Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking.


• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.


• If you fail to give at least 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% full service fee.

This policy allows the salon to recoup some of their lost revenue due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows, while still allowing flexibility for clients who need to reschedule with reasonable notice.
